I had assured the snapdeal customer support that I will surely share my experience with my friends....so here I am!....I was looking for a cover for my tab 2, which I ws getting at a very good price in snapdeal....n it had an attractive offer saying "freebie"....screen guard....so if the cover is for a specific model it is obvious the screen guard too should be for the same model!....bt here is the catch....only the cover is for the model u want....n they say free screen guard for someone else's mobile!....so please dont get carried away with such offers....they are all fraud....n when I call the customer support their procedure says....send us a snapshot showing that the screen guard does not fit the mobile!....wow....how do we send a picture 4m the same piece showing it does not fit it???....it was ridiculous.....
And as this was not enough...here comes the 2nd issue....the sunglasses I order of an "x" brand and they send me the case of that brand and the glasses of another brand!....and then the same return or replace procedure....i really fail to understand all this crap!
I will suggest you to go in for myntra or jabong instead....they have assisted quite well till now...or maybe the products were specific....n of good quality....still not gone for any returns....which means that you will not need to! Even flipcart for that matter was not co-operative, it gave me a date of delivering the product10 days after placing the order and told me on the 9th day that my order was cancelled so then again my hunt began after relying on them for a good 8 days!!!
