I didnt receive my order, even by 22 Sep, so made a complaint on their website(it is an Herculean task to find their web page in which you can write!) and snapdeal says it has been long been shipped to the courier company.
I wonder why I should worry about the courier company, but still tried to track it on their website and found that the parcel is still in Delhi.
Wrote back to Snapdeal for a refund, and it has been 2 days now, but not even a Reply from them about this.
It is the last time I shope from any online company.
(1) Parcels are regularly been not received with most companies
All these companies, it is nearly impossible for one to write to them.
Refunding the money, after keeping it with them for a long period, is a kind of fraud.
