Am writing this mail with disgust and pain for the attitude you guys exhibit. Am forced to take drastic steps to collect back the payments that I have made towards you guys. Though in all legal systems and otherwise, if one is not availing a service the money paid is to be refunded, but am surprised that you guys are adamant in doing it otherwise.
I have been a member of Snap fitness since Dec 20th, I have paid a annual membership fees of Rs14000/- and Rs 5000/- for personal training, for which the services am unable to utilize because of the following facts, which was intimated to the concerned people at the fitness center.
The whole purpose of shifting my previous workout place was that it was congested and that I was promised by your staff that during my time of working your gym would be relatively free. The trial class was as promised but post that the crowd grew up beyond tolerance.
The fitness center is not equipped to handle the crowd that you guys pulled on and also there is absolutely no ventilation or recirculation of fresh air, one is forced to breath the hot carbon dioxide coupled with sweat smell. This in fact I had an opportunity to show to one of your staff Mr. Alex. With these issues when I discussed of moving out of the Gym, I trust ideally you guys. Should have accepted and encouraged a refund, but for my surprise I find all of you hostile and uncooperative. The promise of transfer and money back in your advertisements before a sign up is all false. Hence You are leaving me with no option but to take this forward with the consumer forum and also to ensure that further nobody would be cheated with your false promises like I was, I would like to raise this issue with the Mr. S.P Kalachar, Senior health inspector, Centre of right to information, Ramamandira, Bruhut Bengaluru mahanagarapalike, Bangalore.
This is exactly the content mailed to manager Sayed, but I still have no reverts nor did I get my money. Need help from like minded people to take this forward with the Health inspector.
