Bunch of jokers I would like to reiterate some of the reviews I read about the place is so true also about a joker called Chris so true.
Also there is another Joker called Thanu, he meets you and says please sign up for personal training then only will help .
If u want to waste your money go there.Trainers will never help u they all want you to sign up for Personnel Training . ( I believe they get some commission).
Just in case you want to try something and If you don't know some stuff they wont come and correct you. These guys should understand some exercise may cause some harm to your body these people don't understand the complexity of what an exercise regime is all about . There could be medical complications and injuries ...
