I been going to this gym from past six months.
This is very good gym very well equipped with experienced trainers.you find almost all possible workout equipment in the gym and the staff here is very humble and trainers are very helpful.
I joined the gym to reduce weight. to the reference I was 95 kgs within 3 months I reduced to 80 kgs I lost 15kgs.
This I could achieve from the proper training given from the trainers in the gym.
And the crowd coming to this gym is also standard.
This gym maintenance cleanliness and very hygiene.
I would suggest ppl to go for it.it is definitely value for momey.cheers
