When I started going I was very overweight, and my health was compromised. Weighing in at over 95kgs, with a 42" waist I would make my way to the gym 6 days/week and ride the bike for 20min. I decided to use the free trainer, and have him make a work out program for me.
Now, my waist is down to 36", and I have lost about 15kgs! Still going 6 days/wk, I'm a regular. I went for a complete physical and the results were perfect. With all of this being said, I just wanted to say thank you for changing my life.
