A game of snakes and ladders... Review on Snakes and Ladders

One day Tarzan and Navjot Sidhu decided to play a game of Snakes and Ladders. Now Tarzan was new to the darn game so he had no clue. Tarzan generally doesnt have much clue because he never went to school.

So Sidhu explained the rules...

Sidhu: You have a piece... I have a piece... and we live in peace

Tarzan: Tarzan like peas... but peas gives Tarzan gas

Sidhu: No Mr. Apeman, not that peas... piece... like pawn

Tarzan: Tarzan watch Pawn movie once... Tarzan no sleep for days...

Sidhu: No you idiot, a pawn.. here... look at this piece... ok?

Tarzan: ok

Sidhu: Now you have this DICE. A DICE has 6 sides and the numbers 1 to 6 on them.

Tarzan: numbers? me no know numbers

Sidhu: Groan... ok tarzan... how do you count bananas

Tarzan: Tarzan use fingers... ah... numbers... now tarzan get it...

Sidhu: Ok... here's the Snakes and Ladders board. Its got 100 squares on it. And lots of snakes and ladders. You roll a number, and move your piece that many places forward. If you fall on a square with a snakes mouth... you go all the way down to where its tail is. If you fall on a square with a ladder's bottom part on it, you climb all the way up to the top part... got it?

Tarzan: Tarzan understand. Game very Easy.

Sidhu: Lets Start...

The game begins... Tarzan throws first...

roll.... 6...

Sidhu: Nice Start... you are off like a jumbo jet. Six gets another throw. I used to hit sixes when I was young.

Tarzan quietly moves his piece six places. And rolls again... another 6...

Sidhu: Beginners luck! You should know that a snake in hand is worth two in the bush...

Tarzan moves his piece six places and rolls again... a 5... its a ladder that goes all the way to 56...

Sidhu: Choke! You're playing like the Australian Team. I better remove my gloves and play... because ''The cat with gloves catches no mice.''

Sidhu throws a 1... Tarzan starts to laugh...

Sidhu: Argh... I am like a one legged man in a bum kicking competition...

Tarzan throws the dice... its a 4... lands on a ladder that goes all the way to 89...

Sidhu: I am getting rogered... and you arent even Roger Binny... I wish there was a third umpire... I want to appeal this... but I remember saying this ''The third umpires should be changed as often as nappies and for the same reason''...

Sidhu rolls a 3. He's sitting smug on 4 while Tarzan is on 89. Tarzan rolls a 4 and reaches 93... between two snakes at 92 and 94...

Sidhu: I cant believe this luck... I feel as ''As uncomfortable as a bum on a porcupine''

Sidhu rolls a 6.... and jumps up in glee...

Sidhu: My luck is starting to change...

Sidhu rolls again and gets another 6 that takes him to 16... a ladder that goes all the way to 63...

Sidhu: YESSSSS!! Tarzan... now ''You got to choose between tightening your belt or losing your pants.''

Tarzan: Tarzan think Sidhu talk too much. Sidhu have big beak like pelican.

Sidhu rolls again... its a 5... lands on a ladder that goes all the way to 95... Sidhu is ahead of Tarzan now...

Sidhu: Hah! My friend... I am the leader now.

Tarzan: Tarzan angry now...

Tarzan rolls the dice and moves safely to 99...

Sidhu: Oh No! Now I'm a cat on a tin roof. I have a snake at 98 and I need 5 to win... here goes nothing...

Sidhu rolls a 3... and is gulped by that snake on 98... ends up on 37... Sidhu starts crying...

Tarzan rolls a 1... and wins!

Snakes and ladders is a legendary board game that you play when you are bored. Its got 100 squares, a lot of snakes and some ladders. You roll the dice to move your piece forward. If it lands on a snakes mouth you go down to where the tail is. If you hit a ladder, your piece moves up to the end of the ladder. Reach the 100th square and you win...
