Smokin Joes delivery boys are always late and seem to be proud of it! I live five minutes walking distance from the outlet and both times I have ordered, the delivery has taken more than One hour!
The next time, I went directly to their outlet at Shivaji Park and decided to have the pizza there itself. But unfortunately, they took more than 45 minutes to serve me there too! I wonder if they grow the wheat themselves! The staff is more interested in talking amongst themselves rather than serving the customers. The waiter couldn’t recommend anything when asked for his advice.The pizza is very average too. I would have saved a lot of money if I had made dinner myself! What a horrible experience!
I would recommend pizza lovers to check out Pizza Hut for its awesome service and range. They offer amazing value-for-money to Visa customers, so do use a Visa card if you have one! And don’t forget to ring the bell (signifying great service) if your have a good time.
