Last Sunday afternoon me and my other three friends had ordered pizzas from smokin joes branch Kothrud, Pune. We had ordered a Veg Pizza and Non-Veg pizza.
That same evening all of us started showing symptoms of food poisoning. One of my friend fell unconscious and was latter hospitalized. Since she was a Pure vegetarian, she had only Veg pizza, which had mushrooms in it and she was the worst affected.
After all this episode when we contacted Smokin Joes, they refused to take any responsibility from their end. This was not expected from a Brand like Smokin Joes.
So next time when you order pizza from Smokin Joes, beware of the quality of the ingredients used, especially mushrooms, which can be very poisonous if not fresh.
