I am very pleased to share with you my experience with Smaat RO Water Purifier. The water in our area is affected with fluoride and the municipal supply water is no good too. I saw this product in one of my friend's locality and called the customer care to order. the total cost of the product including shipping and installation lasted only Rs 10, 000.
I got the product at the desired date and time and the technicians were very focused on their work. They ensured that I understood completely the working of the product. They did even a TDS test and also electrolyser test to show the difference of the raw water and the purified water.
Like any other water purifier, I was concerned about replacing the candles. The technicians assured that they will be the ones to replace. I used the product and it was so good that the taste of the food also improved using this water. This Purifier also has the advantage of storage of the water(10 litrs).. It works on electricity and to my surprise, my electricity bill also was not high! (I thought it might increase but didnt increase exponentially)
I made a call to customer care after 2 months to change the candle and within 24 hours, the technicians replaced the candle. I am very amazed by the quick and hassle free response from smaat aqua. I would definitely suggest you to go for it! I recently brought it for my friend's wedding which also is ideal as gifts !
