I have purchased pain. Review on Sleepwell Mattress

I recently purchased 2 Sleep X BRILL by Sleepwell 5 inch Single PU Foam Mattress of dimension 72x36x5 inch, a product of Sleepwell mattress, a famous brand in the filed. I purchased it online through Flipkart viewing its review rating. I made my order on 29.09.2019 and mattress was delivered on 4.10.2019.

On the very same day, when I used it, I realized that the mattress is so fluffy and caused discomfort and pain in my back and waist. It is so uncomfortable that you can not sit straight on it and you will bend back side. it is not providing any support to body. There was not any mention of toughness and density of the foam used in the mattress. Next day on I drop my return request on Flipkart. After that a so called technician from Sleepwell visited and inspected the mattress and advised that use it for three days and mattress will automatically regain its toughness and will be comfortable. He just befooled me. Nothing changed in the mattress. I talked to technician again and he visited again on 8.10.2019. He said that he will report the issue to his superior but later he denied any return. He was just buying time to let the issue die itself.

The mattress is so uncomfortable that I don not even dare to use it. Now it has become worthless for me and lying in room vertically upward on the wall. I have just purchased a permanent pain from Sleepwell.

Now, so called technician who visited me is not responding. To my utmost surprise, Flipkart is also not taking any responsibility for the same.
