Purchased a Sleek kitchen expecting good product, prompt service and delivery but the job done was very disappointing.
Once they finished installing, they did a shoddy job of cleaning. There were glue marks all over the cabinets which could have been easily removed but they didn't bother to do it. I had to follow up and ask for someone to be sent a 2nd time to clean it. But this is just the beginning. There were issues with a cabinet, shelves and scratches on handles. These were to be replaced due to defects like laminate chipping, etc. It took them almost 2 weeks to send a replacement. And the replacement they sent for the shelves were worse than the original ones. They were pasted so badly that the laminate had already come out at the edge.
They had taken scraps of laminate and just stuck them together. And interestingly they were supposed to do edge bending on the edges so that the shelves would not start chipping and the factory completely ignored that part of the requirement. I have uploaded some of the pictures to give you an idea of their shoddy workmanship. Its been a month and they have still not managed to replace 3 shelves. They keep promising me a deadline and keep delaying it. And now the worst thing is they don't even bother to inform me about any delays. I have to follow up for everything. But when it was time for my payments they would call me promptly.
It is just too expensive, they take the money upfront and at the end of the day its not at all worth the money. It would make more sense to get someone less pricey to do it because I'm sure they'll do a better job and of course at a lesser cost.
Pls do not go ahead with Sleek. Your money will be blocked (a lot of it) and you will end up being helpless and at their mercy.
