I have a a project running in Nagpur, regarding which I called their store at Rcity, Ghatkoper. The team is very unprofessional. They dont believe their own dealers who are dealing in other cities. Very very disappointing. I have never experienced this in any of my projects. The call disconnected after which I tried several times but cldnt connect and there was no call from their side either.
Please train your team to behave little professionally and not to sound so confused to customers. very bad.
