Today I am reviewing something which is too much important for me and for my studies. Today I am gonna talk about "SKYPE". I have been using Skype from last 3 years and it has become better and better day-by-day. Skype has been fantastic for me.
Skype is an application which allows you to connect with one another through video calling and voice calling facility. Skype has transformed peoples life in many folds. I can say that this is the most advanced and genuine application in VOIP(Voice over Internet Protocol).
SKYPE has been released on 29th August 2003 that means 13 years from now. That also means before FACEBOOK and WHATS APP. People used to send and receive messages over VOIP or Point-to-Point(P2P) transfer.
SKYPE has been developed with the collaboration of Microsoft Corporation. SKYPE's original author is "Priti Kasesalu" and "Jaan Tallinn". SKPE has been written in Delphi, C and C+ language which is the most advanced and common language nowadays.
Below there are some Features of SKYPE:-
1) With Skype users can exchange digital media like text, images, videos, documents of any format etc.
2) It allows you to create video conference call means you can video chat with more than 2 people at a time.
3) Users can call to landline or mobile phone also but for that you need Skype credits.
4) SKYPE is available for Windows, Macintosh, Linux and also available for android, BlackBerry, iOS, Windows and for tablets too.
5) There are more than 500 million users for Skype across the world.
6) Skype is available in 38 languages.
7) Nowadays, Skype is being used most by business professional and IT professional.
8) Skype is being used for educational purposes.
9) Skype has added some funny emoticons to make Skype experience more cool and excellent.
10) Skype can be used for PC users and mobile users.
11) Skype is fast, secure, more reliable.
12) It is easy to install and then good to go.
13) Skype has made life more exciting and colorful.
14) Skype consumes less data.
Therefore, according to me if anyone has not installed Skype in his/her device then I would suggest them to install ASAP. And experience the technology that prevails.
