Hi Guys I am Writing this Review based on my Experience when I Visited Citrus During My Team Outing.
Here is my Review broken down into following parts:
Ambience: The Ambience was pretty pathetic for a Roof Top Restaurant. The Lighting's were not good.The Seating was also not well arranged.There was an LCD Screen projector which was of very poor quality and the arrangement of it was also wayward.The Music System was also an Disaster.
Food and Presentation: The Starters provided were of poor quality.I would say it is one of the worst starters that I have tasted. The Variety was also not there.All they were Bringing was chicken, chicken and chicken which were really really bad.
After Starters we proceeded to Buffet which again was an Disappointment considering the variety that was on show.There was only three curry's - one chicken curry and two veg curry's which sums up the variety of the food present for the Buffet.
Customer Service: I would have to say that the Customer Service was Above Average if not good.There was no Ice Cream as part of the Buffet but when I requested them for Ice Cream they were ready to provide it.And I Have to Admit the Ice Cream Tasted Good. This was only the slight positive thing about this Restaurant.
Value for Money: Not at All. I Highly Recommend not to visit this place for Team Outings.
