Hi I go to sky gym 6 days a week. I hav got a monsoon offer of 4200 for 3 months. The facilty is great all kinds of machines and nice feature is steam bath.But what is the use of this great facilty when you are not guided by any body certified but just local students who are working part time as gym trainer.
There are 10 trainers in the facilty each one of them have different views and also they are not clear abouth myths and truths. Some say steam bath is good for health some says you will give you hair loss. Some trainer says take daily steam bath others says 2 times a week is good. It feels really confusing working out here. No body bother about if you are a biggner or advance they all want is that you opt for personal trainer or annual membership. Every body is looking for commissions. May be I will go to Talwalkars after this.
