I ordered this online, without checking up on the seller. But the product was popular, and I saw good reviews. It was an impulse buy at a throwaway price.
The sound quality of the piece I received was good. Volume especially was great. But the microphone box broke in a couple of days. And then even the wires came off :( Since it broke while travelling (in crowded locals), I can't say if it was my fault or the product's - so a neutral review. But I don't understand why they can't make the wires sturdier. And this is true for all brands I have used.
