Hello Everybody...
We all are aware of the sky rising prices of petrol and more important than this is its coming shortage in the future...
Normally there are two solution for it i.e. either don't use your luxury car with low milage or use a small B segment car which uses minimum petrol....
But Skoda Octavia RS 1.8 T is now a very good news for those who like luxury, comfort and speed but not on the cost of petrol because it gives an unbelievable but amazing average of 21 km/l on highway.
It just gives feeling of heaven while driving and no fear even at the speed above 200km/hr. You would be surprised to know that it has 1.8 Turbo Petrol 150 BHp engine that can fly you to the speed of 240 km/hr ( it should be called the first petrol turbo of India).
More than the speed of this sports car is its high or I should say superb pick-up.. 0-100 km/hr in 8 seconds while 0-150 km/hr in just 18 seconds.
With all facilities of a luxury car like---Xenon Lamps adding extra clearity to the visibility, and you can also adjust them + 2 airbags, ABS, MBA, MSR, ASR, Digital computer with all possible records (Distance to be travelled in left fuel, fuel consumption, service indicator) , 2 metres Radar on rear bumper, Hieght adjustable Seats, Reach and tilt steering, Spoiler, Front Bumper Spoiler, A nice MP3 player it cannot be compared to the cars in its range like New Accord V-6, Opel Vectra, Camry, Corolla, Sonata, Elantra. And also the extra heavy beams behind the bumpers to add extra safety.
With such power, pick-up, speed and luxury one can normally think of more than 50 lakhs ( atleast to me ).
And yes the most amazing and shocking are its rates i.e. 1400000 /- only ..
What else you can expect from a car.
This is a dream car for me and I would suggest everybody in our country who is going to buy a car having price more than 1200000 onwards to buy it..
To inform you about the cars in its range is enough that those can only be considered as its children..
More to tell you is that I have never driven a car like this with such a speed 220 km/hr..
In 1st gear it goes maximum 70 km/hr, 2nd gear- 120 km/hr and I cannot tell you about coming gears because near my city thier is no place where we can get that speed...
