October 22, I purchased a Skoda Kushaq. While selling the Salesman had almost everything to offer, if not the heavens. But the colours changed when after 6 months I had to get the Windshield replaced because of inadvertent damage or because of manufacturing defect. Takes 3-4 days to indent Windshield, takes 4 days+ to get it approved by their insurers viz. Reliance Insurance. This is the status between the Seller and Insurer, all hand in gloves taking the buyer for a ride in every step post rolling out the vehicle from Showroom.
Vehicle, though is good, but the after Sales is HORRIBLE(Noida Service Centre). Not worth buying as after Sales is what matters during crisis situation and they are simply HORRIBLE in this.
Better to buy other brands viz. Honda, Hyundai, Toyota, Renault, Maruti and even for that sake Tata but obviously not Skoda. Wish it dies its natural death like Chevrolet and Ford.
