I was screwed by the fake words. Review on Skoda Fabia - Petrol

My name is Phani Sekhar and I have bought a Skoda Fabia, Ambiente petrol model on 24th October from Jubilee hills branch. I was literally fooled by the people there.They said they are not going give any freebies initially and quoted the rates as Rs 5, 87, 000. Then I went to Somajiguda branch and they said They will give the vehicle for Rs 5, 77, 000 with 10k free accessories and Teflon coating and some anti rust coating.

The same thing I said to the lady who was speaking to me from Jubilee Hills branch. Her name is Adithi and she said she will get back to me. I went to the show room as she called me next day and She promised the same things. 10K accessories include door mats, mud flaps etc and Rs 2500 worth Puncture kit. This was in their words. They said they will get me Teflon quoting and anti rust quoting free of cost on corporate thing. Now the rate is Rs 5, 77, 000 and the insurance they quoted me was some Rs 18, 974 which is zero dip insurance. This lady also said that the speakers are Bose speakers and they are high quality. I have taken a loan and all was done and I was delivered the vehicle on 24th. Now the trouble starts.the insurance cover note shows only Rs 14k paid as premium. I asked the lady ans she said its zero dip. I felt convinced. She again clarified that the speakers are Bose high quality. I asked the certificate for Teflon and anti rust and she said Skoda doesnt provide those. Then I asked about the puncture kit which she said she never promised. I spoke to the Manager Chandu, who was very friendly and He said we do not provide. I said him that I was promised by the sales executive but He said its really not possible.

Unfortunately I met with an accident on 8th November and I called Chandu who helped me to speak to the garage people about the insurance and all. I took the vehicle to Jubilee Hills branch and I was promised again by the Stupid Adithi(I am sorry to use such words as She is a big liar) that my insurance was in zero dip and I will get full insurance. I asked her about the speakers as the day before I went to get a dvd player to my car and the car decors person opened the speakers and showed me that they were ordinary speakers and not Bose. Even when I asked her, she claimed that they were Bose and no way that they are ordinary.I wanted to speak to Mr Chandu but He was not available. I took the car to Somajiguda garage and they were helpful in filling the formalities and taking the vehicle. I raised a complaint with ICICI for the claim. After the vehicle was ready on saturday I gave a call to the ICICI insurance guy who said the papers are not yet ready and its will take 2 more days. After repeated calls He said I can go and collect my vehicle. When I went to the garage they gave me a bill of around 34k and that I should pay Rs 8000 as my insurance is not zero dip.I seriously was shocked and I called the showroom and the insurance guy. Both said that mine is only normal premium. Then why the hell did the skoda showroom charge me Rs 18, 744 saying its a zero dip facility but the premium shows only Rs 14k paid. This is hell of cheating by the skoda people. They are eating our hard earned money . I am planning to file a case against the Skoda people in consumer court. Can someone please help me in this regards.
