In our daily routine we focus more on external factors like clothes, accessories, makeup etc. These all though important are only value additions and not our core. The core being skin, nails, teeth etc


Beauty of a person is truly reflected in the texture and feel of skin and we must take care of it all times irrespective whether it is summer or winner. A healthy and glowing skin is the best jewel a human being can ever wear.


The 5 musts for beautiful and a healthy skin being:


1.Hydrate your skin – the best way to do this is to apply a moisture containing Vitamin E over the entire body immediately after a bath. Doing this after a bath is very essential because the moisture can be very easily rubbed and is absorbed in since the body is moist. In winter apply a little almond oil; it nourishes the skin. Give special attention to the nails. Gently massage the fingertips and nails in a circular motion with moisture. For best effects have a bath at night just before going to sleep and rub in the moisture. In this way the skin will remain nourished for complete 8 hours.


2.Drink plenty of water everyday. Water effectively flushes out wastes and keeps the system healthy. If possible have a vegetable juice made of Mint leaves, Coriander leaves and half tomato everyday as the first thing in the morning. This juice flushes out all the toxins from the body


3.Remove all traces of makeup when at home, let the skin breathe, always-wash face with a face wash and never soap. Once a week apply a egg white on the face leave it for 15 mins. The protein in the egg works wonders and also tightens the skin.


4.Protect your skin from sun. whenever possible avoid going out between 11am and4pm. Always apply a sun screen lotion when you must go out in the sun.
