Bought shoes on 4th October 2022 and started using it from 8th November 2022 while on way to US. within 60 days+ there were damages visible( manufacturing defect). sometimes in Feb 2023 happened to visit Skechers US. and as per them, issue has to be taken with Skechers India and I tried to contact Jayanagar Bangalore showroom but the numbers mentioned on website were just to mislead customers( not in use).Wrote a mail to Skechers India with details, they asked for information( which was just eye wash).and finally Sketchers India has put blame on me as if I don't know how to wear & use shoes in my life.I also bought Sketchers shoes in US in Feb 2023 and have no issues/ problem( with same foot).
Appears that Skechers India shoes are of inferior quality and above all customer care is being trained to say Not Accepted.they don't believe in customer satisfaction. Better avoid buying Skechers in INDIA. I have all the communication with me in my mail.
The sad part is Skechers India put full blame on customer as if I was moving bare foot for 62 years plus .
Once again request NOT TO PUTCHASE SKECHERS IN INDIA. DUE to poor customer satisfaction/ resolution. And Skechers are too costly if you compare with the inferior quality. My rating is ZERO Star.
