They offer & promise a lot at the time of interview.

They will tell you that you join us first, then we will give u the offer letter. We r a company do not believe in formalities. Later they will tell that we r in process of finalizing legal documents for employee agreements etc.etc. We are in a process of getting everything done through our CA. and we will start giving authentic payslips etc. They are in this process for past 3 years!!!

Hence, if you are a fresher and crazy about technological developments, u r welcomed to risk the period u stay here. You can not show your skanray tenure on your records for future. Because there is nothing on paper. If this company survives and does its break-even, the people may get their shareholder certificates and employees may get authentic employee status. Since Employees are not employee on paper, the company have no liabilities if the situation comes to liquidation.

The the investors who may land up taking over in future also should consider this human aspects towards so called employees of this firm.
