Bad network and disconnect frequently. Review on Siti Broadband

Siti Broadband claim to provide high speed and top class internet services to it's user. I used them for two months and the whole experience was very disappointing. Even by doing reptitive complains and taking all possible sort of measures they didn't hear my problem. What they gave me was assurance of improvement at next time. I trusted in them and waste my  money for two month and then realise it's time to say goodbye to them and move ahead.

This whole started when their executive comes in my locality and offered some exclusive flagship plans. Which was very lucrative and promise to deliver that data at lighting fast speed.On asking about speed, he told me the speed is not issue for them and I will get high speed all the time without worrying about day or night or any weather condition because their network is robust. The plan which I selected was Express plan under which I was getting unlimited data for 1000 Rs. But, this plan not work out as expected.Frequently disconnecting was major problem and when I again try to connect it use to take 2-3 minutes. This whole thing was very bad.

Their customer care service on telephone is useless . If you think that your voice need to be hear by them, then you must need to visit their office.Even then let me tell you, only thing which they provide is assurance.

I don't had happy time with them and will never use them n future again.
