Pros-
Plan rates - very economic. Unlimited plans available at much cheaper rate than other ISPs.
Speed/bandwidth - great to awesome. This ISP distributes the unused bandwidth during night hours. It is possible that your download speed might be 5-6 times your plan speed during this time.
Stability - the link is stable and has very less down time.
Cons-
New installation - if you want to have this connection be ready to follow up with the ISP every single day and visit their office often. They are always busy with some work and might take months for installation.
Bill payment - This part is pretty frustating. At the end of 30 days your account will be locked and you will not be able to use the internet unless you pay the bill and mail them the transaction receipt. They then unlock your account.
