My Experience: - My experience with siti broadband was really WORST ever. I have this connection from past 1 year.
My Plan:-
My plan is for Rs.1149(inc. Tax) that gives me(as they say) a speed of 50mbps with unlimited data(30gb per day to be precise) each month.( The plan sounds way too good to digest, but the grim reality is they are not giving a service as per the money). As per the govt rules whatever your ISP is giving you the speed the customer will get when divided by 8 .i.e. for 50mbps download speed will be around 5mbps, which in fact is my plan and now regretting.
Technical Support: - Tech support is really good which is of no use if you still don't get the speed you paid for! The guy on the support keeps saying "sir speed fluctuate hoti h to exact speed ni aayegi".
Various Scams that I encountered when being a Sitibroadband customer:-
Scam 1=
Whenever I call tech support for speed related issues, they just keep saying to test my speed on " sitinetworks.speedtest.net " and not on the normal url of speedtest which is " https://speedtest.net ".
Scam 2=
On their said URL of speedtest( sitinetworks.speedtest.net) when testing your speed it shows two options -
1.Choose the recommended server
2.Choose the preferred server - if you choose option 1 it will show you your actual speed which is hard to digest( never crosses 15mbps). - if you choose option 2 it will show you the made up speed that they show to all of their customers and fool them around easily.
Scam 3= Never trust them and not the technical team that visit your house ever!
The technical team will come to you and will cheat with you by download a file of youtube by en.savefrom.net.
And if you give them some other file to download from some other site they'll always fail.
They say if you want to download heavy files, download them in the night which is ok and true too since the servers have way less load than the day hours.
But here also the speed of connection never ever jumped above 2.5mbps.
What to do:-
Think almost 1 million times before choosing this service from Siti Networks. Choose it only if you have some duty payroll and want to waste all your money just on anything.
