ON hearing ppl views I thought Singapore Airlines will be good to fly!!!! BUT THE FIRST TIME I FLEW IT WAS MY MOST HORRIBLE FLIGHT EXPERIENCE. On checking at Hyderabad counter it took me 25 mins to checking, after which they gave me a wrong name on the boarding pass, later the check in guy came again and took me back saying he forgot to enter something. I forgot all that and flew to Singapore, on landing out of 3 bags I lost my main bag. Here my string of horrifying experience starts.


I waited near the belt for very very long thinking it might come and no one was there to assist me after a long time I saw some person and asked her, they guided me to baggage loss counter were the staff was very cold and they dint even bother that I lost my bag.


They dint even ask me if I lost my main bag which was utmost needed, they falsely said it has not been loaded and we will send it to your hotel. Due to this delay I missed my luxury cab which I prebooked to the hotel, I had to take another cab and on reaching hotel they did not let me check in as I lost my hotel vouchers in the bag, with great difficulty I contacted my travels guy in india and got an address from where I collected my vouchers and resort park tickets, I had to pay him 8000Rs for the park tickets, and while I was doing all this my wife had to wait in the lobby and dint even get rest as we traveled in the night.


To make our experience worst when I called the arilines office next day they said they would be sending my bag to the hotel but did not mention the most important common sens thing that "IF THEY FIND IT" hoping the bag would come I waited in the hotel the whole day as I dint have any clothes and essentials. BY now I wasted 2 days. I had to leave to Malaysia the next day and again when I informed the airlines they said they would deliver the bag where ever I am.


When ever you try to contact the 1800 number its not reachable. I came back to India and contacted the hyderabad office which is more worst than any government office. NONE OF THE PHONES ARE WORKING, JUST TRY THE CONTACT US PAGE AND TRY IT OUT YOUR SELF. I PERSONALLY WENT AND GOT SOME NUMBER WHICH IS ALSO NO ONE RESPONDS. WITH GREAT DIFFICULTY I GOT TO SPEAK AND AFTER 3 WEEKS THEY SENT ME A CLAIM FORM. I personally submitted the claim form as I dont believe their service anymore and again after 1 week they bluntly said that we can give only 20$ without even having basic thinking that my bag apart from having expensive items, these service less people ruined my honeymoon.
