Hey guys, I'm working with an Insurance company as a claims analyst and I carry out survey of vehicles. Being a superior maruti dealer in panvel area, Simran motors has its name all over the city but I would like to point out the after sales service.
The guys are not good at all, the service provided by the workshop is worst. Been there quite a few times, noody is as such helpful and moreover there were few cases I handled where many spare parts were missing/ changed without seeking permission from the customer as so on. Overall I would not recommend personally this workshop to anyone. rather if you are in panvel you have got better options such as Gangal Motors or Automotive Manufacturers. They are far far better at services and also they deliver the vehicle on-time.
