This is regarding my PMP exam link.
I had enrolled in my PMP course in 2022. At the time of enrollment, I got Exam voucher which had expiry of 1 year. After few months when I had tried to apply for exam I got incorrect Exam voucher.
When I had raised this concern I got new exam voucher but again for new voucher I got an incorrect exam voucher error. Inspite of multiple followup support team coudnt resolve my issue.
Every time when I reach out to them I get 24-48 hours TAT but then no resolution till date.
Now when I am not able to apply for my exam when I had asked for refund of fees I am not getting response.
I would suggest Simplilearn when you charge 50000 for PMP exam fees from students. Please provide some services on time.
Fake promises wont work. YOU REALLY NEED TO LOOK AT QUALITY OF SERVICES.
