Hi,
I have travelled by Deccan Airlines a lot. Its good to have a charter airline travel experience which is No Frill Airline.
After all its good to reach in a maximum time of 2-3 hours across one place to another, saving loads of time. The only issue is that they do not have flights in regular hours, which means its good for students, family but not for a person who is employed as he cannot reach back to office on time. The times of the airlines are much later in the day like 8:30am or so.
I am happy they have started a allocating seat numbers which they did not earlier and it looked like a Local bus where people fished for the best seats on first come first serve basis.
I would just want then to improve on customer handling specially to train the air-hostesses to be more polished in speaking to the customers. When you ask them something they seem to hit you back words. That would not take Deccan places rather will spoil the brand.
Overall a good experience and I am sure they can do much better. Looking forward to seeing some more changes for good.
