Ok. So its raining hard outside and I am one minute late for checkin. This guy at the ticket counter to print ticket. After I beg him to, he says with a smirk " You can try but you wont be allowed on board". I run like a madman to checkin and he says "Sorry you are late. We cant allow you on board." Well, I ask him - please put me on another flight. "No other flight he says.Besides you have lost the entire money you paid". How come ? I ask. He says "Read the contract sir" and threatens to call security if I make a fuss" Result - I am out 5000 and swear never to travel on this airline. Had this been jet they would have jumped head over heels to get me to stay with them.
Beware!!! In the name of low cost its NO SERVICE and HOW DO WE GET TO KEEP YOUR MONEY AT THE SAME TIME.
