Travel only when you have no other options. This should be your last resort.
My experiences:
1) Ground Staff -- What ground staff?
2) Punctuality -- Capt Gopinath should learn from Indian Railways about this topic. Considering Indian Railways can be a good option if you are planning your travel in advance.
3) Safety -- With no seat numbers provided ( I know only about the Mumbai-Nagpur-Mumbai sector) , passengers tend to run towards seats .. People travelling with kids, senior citizens can be injured. The airline magazine mentioned safety as one of their main advantages -- I guess this was drafted by some marketing personnel instead of Capt Gopinath.
4) Ride -- good
5) Flight attendents - they keep chatting among themselves all the way in the journey and you get to know all their personal problems including the one they have with their superiors
- they come into the forefront only when all the passengers somehow rush to their seats. You can see them only when all passengers are seated and its time for the usual seat-belt demo.
Consider this airline only when
1) you are travelling alone
2) you cannot make for the other flights
3) you are not used to "good service"
