I booked a flight ( Two plus half) from Mumbai - Banglore on 21st May 2005, thru internet with return journey on next day. On reaching airport we were told the flight is cancelled. So I requested for ticket cancellation, which after lot of convincing they cancelled the ticket for Mum-Bang, but refused to cancell return journey, on the pretext that return flight has not been cancelled.( No amount of convincing , that if a person has not been able to fly to his destination, how can he take a return flight back could convince the staff there). It has been over a year & despite upteen followups, no response has been coming from them. Even letters to Managing Director Gopinath ( I refuse to add Mr.) have had no response from them. I feel thier intentions are not GOOD. and the result can even been seen on Share Market where even GOD had been against them, since share issued at Rs 146 was being quoted at less than half the price withn 2-3 days of listing.
I have also been given to understand that most of the fliers share the same experience or feeling about this Airline.
I wish Govt could ban such airlines.
