I was reading through the reviews and its just brickbats that has been thrown on this airline. Lets not forget that 3 years back most of us including me could only dream of flying. But today, things have changed, everyone can fly, thanks to Deccan. True, they urgently need a revamp but lets also give them kudos for allowing us to experience the thrills of flying.
There's a lot of people who have been flying IA, Jet and Sahara trying out Deccan and then complaining. These are two different products and its high time people understand the term "low cost and no frills".
No ones's forcing anyone to fly Deccan, there's a lot of better choices nowadays. You can't expect to get luxury at low fares, lets face it.
Its not that I support Deccan but its time someone appreciated the good work they are doing too. The old days of criticizing the Railways for delayed and cancelled trains are gone and people now turn to Deccan and complain, I think thats totally unfair.
I'm sure with time they will improve.
