Air Deccan-Multiply. Review on Simplifly Deccan

My experience with Air Deccan is one of the worst experiences I ever had. I & my family were traveling to Delhi by this plane on the 25th of December 2004 We had our flight scheduled at 4.00pm, We reached the airport at around 2.00pm, after we reached the airport the first problem we faced was that there a very big line to for the luggage to go in the flight, it took us approximately 45 mins there. Then after that we hear the announcement that the flight has been delayed because of fog in Bangalore The announcement said that the flight was 1 hour late then after every interval they announced that the flight is late The flight finally arrived and at last at 8.00pm it was said we could bored the flight. The best part was this they were not issuing boarding pass. It was like you have to make a single line to go inside the bus & there were around 350 people or more to inside then after the noise made by the passengers they allowed two people at a time. At last we were in the flight at around 9.15 pm.

Now we come to the seating arrangements--- Each row had around Half a Feet gap between them that’s it & for a 6 feet person like me sitting was like the most uncomfortable place. The Best Part--- I saw the air hostess in this flight selling snacks & beverages to the passengers. If you wanted to have water that too you had to buy in drink. Paying Rs 4000 was just to look at the air hostess which dint understand English or Hindi or was to sit on the most uncomfortable seat. At last after all the hassle with this airline we reached Delhi at 11.30 pm. For a one & an half hour journey we had to wasted our 7 hours Thanks to Air Deccan.Thats why I say the Name should be Air Deccan--Multiply which means it has multiplies problems.
