Apropos ‘Fly anywhere for just six bucks’ travel cheap campaign from Air Deccan, can somebody please let me know the privileged ones who get to fly for Rs. Six! I am an old woman and have always been lured by low fare offers but have never been able to avail such offers though the date and time is not a consideration for me, I am ready to take a flight on any day and at any time. Only the fare to be paid is of concern to me. I even sent a request to Capt. G.R. Gopinath to let me have the privilege to fly at super value offer as consideration for old people, but to no avail.
I wanted to avail the super flier fare for long. Date and time is not a consideration only the fare is the consideration. A normal person or an old woman like me can not compete with the travel agents to book such super flier tickets. These tickets get exhausted within an hour of the opening of the scheme. People who are not as swift, have no access to computers or cannot access at the specified time period are denied the opportunity of travel at super flier fares. Is this justified?
