We stayed at this property at Candolim for 5nights in the end of May 2016.
We stayed at their cottage. The aesthetics of the cottage is too good from outside. Inside the cottage, things were not too great. The cleanliness could have been more in terms of the room, bed linen or wardrobes. We found the bedsheet being soiled during check in and a dirty used door mat inside the wardrobe.
They have a small swimming pool which is clean enough. But if the property is full, then it is too tiny to accommodate the guests.
The beach is just 5mins walk from the property which is a plus point.
But I must say we were not too happy with their service. We had two small kids( 1 year old) with us and their in-house restaurant( named Chicago) simply refused to prepare anything tailor made for them. I never faced this anywhere earlier. Hence everytime we have to go out to have food only for them. We once ordered the food though, but they took ages to deliver the food at the room and that too on a off-season weekday.
Even they didn't change the linen/towels or provide the soaps on a daily basis until being asked.
We had breakfast in our package. But the breakfast menu remained the same for all the 5days.
As we visited during the end of season, most of the shops around the property were closed. Even the shacks were not open in good numbers. So I feel Baga is a better place to stay if it is not the peak season.
