I just binge-watched the show and it was pretty fun - the kind of show I would pleasantly tag as "timepass" if I had to describe it to my friends. It really did feel like Entourage with startup folk.
What the show had going for it:
Erlich trying to emulate Jobs(or Steve as he calls him). Lots of inside jokes and references that don't leave the techies feeling shortchanged. The Gilfoyle-Dinesh relationship
Big Head in the pilot. Super soundtrack throughout the show - especially like what they usually play through the opening sequence. And the big one - Aly's(brogrammer from Hooli) twitter handle - @dabanggninja - pure gold!
Episode 5(the one where they design the logo) is definitely the best of the season; it had me in splits. What pulled the show down a little: Jared - the jokes about him in the last couple of episodes seemed a little stretched, and frankly weren't that funny.
