You must avoid Silicon cabs. Never ever use Silicon cabs for your personal or business needs. Silicon cabs found to be the most unprofessional, non reliable and 3rd class service provider. Have no sense of responsibility and has no respect for customer at all. Has no business ethics and every one must avoid Silicon Cabs. I called them up on 16th May evening, they asked me a price which is higher than the price in their website. But I agreed for that. Deal finalized against the Docket No: sil1752. Infect I got 2 SMS the other docket number was sil1438. Cab was supposed to reach me @ 6:30 AM on 17th May.
To my surprise next morning when entire family was ready for the trip there was no confirmation for the cab/driver. I called up 08068006800/9900029000 after multiple attempts someone picked up and acknowledged my call and booking and said he will get back to me in 10 minutes. That 10 minutes never ended. They never came back, in next 2 hours we tried almost 200 times to call them but no one picked up the phone. Ultimately we had to make some alternate arrangements, as we could not cancel this as our hotel was booked and it was 100% paid in advance. Sometime in the evening I called them up in the same number. One lady picked up and realizing her mistake she disconnected the phone and till date they don't pickup calls from my mobile number. If I call form any other number they will either hang-up or put it on mute.
Employees are unprofessional, keeps on lying, and unreliable. You can't trust a company like Silicon cabs for your personal and business purpose. I wonder how come a company like Silicon Cabs are doing business with such reputation. I am about to approach consumer court with this. And will not stop until this is addressed. NEVER USE SILICON CABS!
