1> Pathetic reception. They hardly know english or pretend to not know.
2> Villa is far from the reception. This is not a issue but atleast should be equipped with a phone to call in for service. Even hotels which charge 1000 rs have phone in service facilities.
3> Bathroom tap leaking continiously.(This is newly built villa an I wonder what quality of fittings are used when the first person using it finds it leaking).
4> Food quality worst. Not just lunch even the tea and coffee were difficult to bare on our toungue and ironically tea and coffee being speciality of this area. not to mention stray dogs lingering around us while having food is least what we expected after shelling out 5100 for one night.
5> No service at all irresponsibe staff. We were not getting hot water in cold morning so I went walking all the way to reception from the villa to inform them about this and even after 1 hour no one turned up to resolve the issue thats it when I said enough is enough and again went to the reception to ask for status of my complain. To my surprise the attendant gave lame response saying I am not incharge of this area and can't help. and we finally started off from there since we cannot take it any more.
These were just a few things and not to mention the pathetic room you allocated us claiming to be a villa. Have you ever seen a villa? Just one aesthelically abusrd room and bathroom doesn't constitute to be a villa. After travelling such a bad route and tiresome journey and not to mention such a high tariff people expect if not wonderfull atleast value for money and I am sorry to say this resor arrangements were not even valued at 500rs.
