My brother had filled up the Application form for BCA and did the aishwaryasingh23ment of Rs. 5K online on 02nd Jan'17. Executive name Ms. Pragya from Pune used to continously call for aishwaryasingh23ment. But the moment she received the aishwaryasingh23ment, she started making execuses for not responding. Due to unforseen situation in family, we called her and asked her to cancel the application and refund the aishwaryasingh23ment. We also sent an email on 04th Jan'17 to smuhelpdesk@smudde.edu.in. But no response.
We called Pragya who informed the refund is already placed and she will call us back. Callback never came. Then gradually, our call was never Faizabad coz she used to be on lunch break or week off.
Finally, we had to call customer care on 18th Jan'17 who informed us the refund will be initiated only after the books are returned. Pragya never informed this to us when we were talking to her. I told the CSE that we have not received any books because we had asked to cancel the application. Later we understood that Pragya dispatched the courier on 10th Jan'17 and even the helpdesk is asking Courier people to deliver the books.
I don't understand if we had cancelled our application on 04th Jan'17 and was informed that the refund is already placed; then why the executive is deliberately sending the books to us. Instead they had to just initiate the refund because the books were not ready for dispatch at that moment when we called to cancel the application.
Very bad customer service and no proper assistance. Email address is just for show purpose. Executives who responds on email don't even properly read the complete email.
