I have a very bad experience buying an I-20 Sprtz from Sikka Automobile Pvt. Ltd at Mayapuri, New Delhi. They have poorest pre/post sales with no control of its organization.How Hyndai name is getting spoiled just because of Dealer attitude and behavior?
1.Sikka Hyundai people are not concerned about your convenience, time and money. They are totally un professional and unethical. I got delivery of my car after waiting for 90 minutes because papers were not ready and complete.
2.Now comes the most irritating, Vehicle was delivered without explaining a single point about the vehicle operations. They did not have another person to explain about the vehicle.
3.Bill received against payment are not matching, No explanation or answer to these differences
4.Nothing was explained about warranty/Guarantee
5.Petrol slip was given for far off Petrol Pump instead of Pump 100 meters away from the show room. Requested to get the petrol on my cost from nearby petrol pump was also denied. Car did not have petrol to run even 500 meters.
6.Regarding Registration of Vehicle it was surprising that there was no online registration. It was categorically told that get it registered to nearby authority from Dwarka i.e. Janakpuri Authority, they registered my vehicle in Wazirpur Authority, which is roughly 30 kms from my residence.
7.Nothing was explained how to get High Security Number Plate (HSRP).
8.Poor Hospitality.
9.They were not ready to send RC to my residence and want us to collect from your showroom
- They straight off refuse to find out the status of your HSRP by saying find out yourself.
11.Sales staff is not at all committed to their saying.
I already own 2 vehicle and I have already dealt with Maruti, Honda, Toyota could be the reason of evaluating Hyundai Dealer service. But I have never had this kind of poor sales service experience before. This Sikka Hyundai's attitude has spoiled our pleasure of buying a new car in the family.
