I am a consumer of SIFYMALL since long. I had never faced such a problem. I had bought two items from sify mall in a single order. The first item was delivered in right time. I received the second item after follow up. The item was damaged while receiving.
On information, I was asked to send it back to them. I did so. It was hell for me then. I asked to cancel the order and refund my money. They did so and promised to refund the courier charge also.. They cancelled the lower value item and informed me that the money is being credited to my account. I protested and asked to cancel the item I had not received. I had to write many times before I got any conformation intimating cancellation of the undelivered item.
There was no mention of the courier charge. I have got back my mnoey less the courier charge. Benefit: ( )- Rs 60 i.e. loss of Rs 60/-.
The worst part is
1) The customer service is very poor.
2) The chat option for customer care is not effective / not active many times. You have to wait for long before you get a chance to chat with the customer care
3) It seems the order history is not maintained.
