My name is Saurabh Chopra, this is based on long experience of mine with sify broadband .If you are planing to take this please think 100 times before you finally decide because they are rarely able to provide full service and morever they are hardly concerned in resolving your issues no matter how many times you complain.for e.g.
I took connection with them 13 days back which says I can download unlimited from 10 p.m. to 8 p.m. But I have never been able to do that more than three days and on top of that whenever you complain and ask for compensation they always say please talk to our other department.
This whole exercise waste so many of your calls and they are very eager to collect money the moment you start your connection which included 50 rs maintenance charges and still if you have some patience left in you , the moment your connection starts working , there will be errors like l am cable unplugged , unable to connect server is busy like that.So , please consider my experience before you start using sify broadband
