I am a user of sify Broadband from quite a long period .Earlier I was using 64kbps package in which I was getting 9kbps of dwonload speed but this month I decided to change my package to 128kbps now I am getting speed of 6 Kbps .So after doubling the speed I am getting less speed and customer executives said that you will get speed between 9 to 13Kbps then what s the use of 128Kbps package .
According to me SIFY BROADBAND IS COMPLETE SHAME ON NAME OF BROADBAND SERVICES and on the name of service they r fooling each of us by taking our precious money which we earn by lot of hard work.Even my Cable operator whose name is "PAWAN CABLE" .He is the one who told me take this connection .The whole scenario is to fool customers , So beware of sify. Going to Internet Cafe is much better.
