The fake company, they charge you for filing charges and then come up with fake excuses. I have already raised a complaint about corruption and fraud against them
On 23rd December 2019, the branch Chattarpur manager named Mr. Pradeep Kumar and their Credit Manager Mr. Sahil Gupta came to visit my house to get the loan application forms signed and verify my house. We had an intensive discussion regarding my work along with the type of property and location of the property I was buying.
On 27th December, I paid Rs 4000.00 as cash to them(never got any receipt for the same) towards filing charges for the loan.
On 8th January 2020, I received a call from their Gurgaon head office and spoke to their consultant named Pabitra Pradhan who again verified with me all the details along with the property I was buying and the loan amount I require and the rate of interest they will charge since the property falls under laal dora. I gave all the information.
After 15 days, on 23rd January I went to their office as their credit manager was not answering my calls. I spoke to the branch manager and their credit manager they said they need more documents. I provided them that right away. They said to wait for 7 days and because of Republic day and weekend, the office will be closed.
After a week, I got a call in the morning from their credit manager named Sahil, whom I was in a discussion many times before. He said, "Sir, the loan is approved for you". We will do the legal technical of the property and will disburse the amount in 3-4 days. I said okay.
Then they stopped answering my calls again. After 4 days I got hold of a guy named "Chandan" who is in their sales team. He said the property that you are buying in under demolition, we have received the report for the same as negative. I said what rubbish is that many other companies have already processed the loan in the property. I called the builder and explained what the guy told, he became furious too and asked the guy to share the report for the property immediately. Then Chandan denied receiving any report and said we will get it by evening and then hung up the call. After that, I came to know that they do not provide a loan in this area at all.
Now, when I asked them to refund my filing charges, they said Sir, as per policy we will not refund filing charges. I said what rubbish is this are you running a scam business? It was told from the first day itself where I was buying the property then how come you guys went ahead and charged me the filling charges and even asked for corruption?
I wrote several emails and made hundreds of calls and sent messages to Sahil and Pradeep both but they did not get back to me. They are scammers.
