I have been eating at this hotel on Zaver Road in mulund West for more than 4 years(Max once a week). I have seen a constant degradation in their Service over the time. Some Years back there used to be no place to sit and there was waiting going on. Today - if I am alone - I can still get a place on a table - meant for SIX.
They do not even serve you with water on your arrival immediately - and if you are lucky enough to get one glass - you will hardly get the next one without asking! Fans are there for each table - and the cashier has the button! If he is busy - please sweat yourself out and take out your comb and try moving the fan! May be Cashier notice you by now! and Fan starts!
So you order - Dal Makhni and two Roti's! it comes - in reasonable time - but onus is on you to ask for the next ROTI! Waiter comes - by that time - your Dal is cold like an ice cream!
They served me mixed vegetable twice - rather than VEG Kolhapuri! I tried some nice talk with Cashier - but - in Vain!
There is some taste - still left in their food! else - I would have stopped going log back!
I will say - Horrible service - to single Patrons - visiting them!
Ab PET BHAR GAYA HAI UNKA! - THE OWNER sits in SITARA(RESTOBAR) in Mulund West! It has gone to dogs!
On top yo gave then no tips! they do not look at you as well!
Single Man DAL ROTI - Rs 194 /-
So you tip waiters so that you can get better service next time or you give them tips because you got good service LAST TIME!
The icing on the CAKE is - they had a 5 star MOUTHSHUT board on display up to some time back - and I can figure out - the rating is only 4 star! who has given them five stars! not a single review!
