This is a first hand experience had by me yesterday that is 10th sept in chennai,This place is called shree Mithai at chetpet, You wait in the Q for buying the chat and when you give the girl your credit card she abuses you by saying that dont you know you have to inform us before if you paying by card because the billing happens at the sweet counter and then you wait there repeating everything ,It is no use arguing with her bcos she is busy with the next customer. After eating the sad VADA PAV when you feel like puking and look for tissue paper there are no tissue papers , So I decided to meet the owner MR PATEL Who is seated in his airconditioned office with a dark looking guy who claims to be his partner, When I asked him why you not having tissue paper around he gets furious and screams MY CUSTOMERS ARE THIEVES, Idiots buy a samoas for RS 8 And use tissue worth RS 5 and abusues in HINDI ,he claims that he has lost a lot of money on tissue paper and had to increase prices on his sweets.when I asked how will customers come to you with an attitude like this ,you are in the service industry,he said that there is no one to compete with me in the market and people will have to come to me what ever said and done and he looks thru is glass door and points out at a family saying that see they have to come to me and have no other choice. So I vented my experience to my friend and he asked me to put up in this web site. I would request all of you to go there and check it out by yourselves and meet MR Patel and see this attitude towards his customers. It is really sad to know that all the wealth that he acumulated by way of sales was because of the people in chennai city and he is calling them thieves.
