My journey from nagpur to mumbai
If you need to get somewhere, but don't really care about how long it will take then khurana bus will work fine for you. If you need to get there at a certain time then khurana is a bad idea.
The buses are always running late and the staff at this place are often confused and will contradict each other. They are terrible at giving proper directions and are terribly unorganized.
Bus driver was stern and made sure we were all listening to his directions. Asked that we either silence our phone or put it on low. Which was a service to us passengers as well. Who would want to hear all these ringers going off for text msgs n phone calls. Also, asked that conversations are kept in a low tone. Which I thought was a service to the passengers as well. Thank you lord! I liked the bus driver he was awesome.
As for the actual bus ride, the seats are comfortable enough. Most rows have an outlet, but sometimes it doesn't work. Supposedly there is Wi-Fi, but I haven't tried it yet.
If they ever fix the boarding process and start using realistic schedules that they can stay on(I've ridden the bus from nagpur to the bay area about 5-6 times, only once did they get there on time.) then khurana will be a good option for people traveling.
