Sourav Ganguly to be removed or not. This is a million dollar question. I am discussing this as a writer in MOUTHSHUT.COM. I cannot decide on this and I leave it to the selection committee and it is their decision which is final and I have to accept that decision without any hesitation as it is.
But my personal views are as per the following:-
One of the most talented player in the game of cricket needs better treatment.
While I will not blame the selectors also since they can only select 11 players.
We should not interfere with the selection committee. The selection committee is appointed by the Board after all types of formalities.
It is very difficult to satisfy all the players in the team for selection.
Nobody can do anything other than the selection committee.
Interference is not going to help. Insulting is not going to help.
The selection committee has all the rights to select any player and remove any player and other than selection committee members have no legitimate rights to claim any player by some pressure tactics or harassment in any form.
Solution:- The cricket players will have to play nicely and show their power by playing better than ever before. This message of solution is for all players.
It is rather unfortunate for Saurav Ganguly should be insulted so much all over India by the same Indians.
I feel pity for that man Saurav Ganguly who has scored more than 18000 runs in test matches and one day international.

Do not put me in the saddest saddle of management of the cricket game. I am afraid I may lose all the goodwill of mouthshut.com readers. Managing the Indian cricket team is a policy decision and it is very difficult job to take to satisfy those politicians and money spinning big companies of India. Since I am not a politician or money spinning company. I will surely find it difficult to cope up the job honestly. I would prefer to write reviews in mouthshut.com for Rs.0 rather than work for Indian team in any sports. I am having all the talents but for obvious reasons I am not interested at all.
